Polycom: IP500, IP430,
Linksys: Spa 921, 941, 942, 962
Yealink: T-20p
Cisco: Spa 504G, 509G, 525G
Grandstream: 1200, 2000, 2120

Hands down, my favorite are the Cisco SPA series.  Our business clients love the styling, speaker phone, and sound quality.
